Which zoning codes allow mixed use? Use this example: Commercial first floor, residential 2nd and 3d floors. Rhetorical question. More accurately, what amount of time and money is required to achieve a zoning status that would allow development of mixed use properties near downtown Redding.
SHOCKING ANSWER…Outside of downtown, NONE of the zoning designations allow mixed use featuring more than 50% residential.
