Several projects of note have been completed in the Redding area. These include a 30 bed assisted living center, a multi-story multi-tenant office building, and recently the renovation of the former KMS building in the Mountain Lakes Industrial Center.

The Morrows spent their young professional lives in the restaurant industry, with numerous commercial projects in Washington, Colorado and Kansas.
